Sometimes we need small reminders and nudges to remind ourselves that our own personal health is so important, particularly during these hectic and partying holiday seasons!  Massages are one joyful way to not only treat ourselves or others, but at the same time to also to remind us that our health does matter! 

My focus on massage is to help people understand
their own body in order for them to best help themselves.  I
usually work at deeper pressure massages, using a combination
of sports massage, trigger point style, or medical massage techniques, in order to tackle your problem areas. 


However, please do not hesitate to let me know if I am
using too much pressure!  I strongly believe that massages
should not be painful... and that once your body instinctively tenses up, you lose the benefit of relaxing those tricky areas.  I will do
my best to work with you in order to find that balance that
massage can bring.
